Your Library offers free, in-person group Technology Support sessions with our patient, knowledgeable Tech Support Officers. We will do our best to help you set up your device, learn how to access interesting and helpful apps, and answer tech-based questions you may have.

Your Library offers free, group Technology Support sessions with our patient, knowledgeable Tech Support Officers. We will do our best to help you familiarise yourself with a device, learn how to access interesting and helpful apps, and answer tech-based questions you may have.

Sessions are completely free and run every weekday. Bookings are essential

Tech Basics are introductory sessions on specific tech topics. They feature informal presentations that are led by the key things you should know and questions attendees have. Topics in the past have included iPads, Email, Cloud Storage, Laptops & Phones.

Have a quick question that needs answering? During the Troubleshoot Tech Hour, a Tech Support Officer is available to help with any quick fixes. From resetting a password, connecting to Wi-Fi, making a call or downloading an app, our staff will do their best to assist.

Staff will assist members on a first come, first serve basis.
