It's the perfect time to discover new ways to make reading a part of your daily routine, inspired by this year's amazing author ambassadors: Ann Liang, Christian White, Melanie Cheng, Sarah Firth, Emilia Hart, Rachael Johns and Connie Cao. Our Winter What's On has just landed in branches, and it's packed with a wonderful array of events to keep you entertained and engaged all season long. We're also proud to share that Free Pads & Tampons vending machines are now installed at Belgrave, Ferntree Gully, Knox, and Rowville Libraries, with more locations coming soon as part of this vital state government initiative. Get ready for six incredible author events this month! We're welcoming Stella Prize shortlisted authors Santilla Chingaipe and Melanie Cheng, as well as Anne Lunkenheimer, Jenny Date, Madeleine Cleary, and Bruce Lowery who will share their powerful true stories.
