Your Library news
‌

Hello and welcome to June at Your Library!

‌
‌

June is the start of a new program of events that are running across all 14 library locations.  The newly released What's On booklet lists them all! You can pick up a copy in any library, or view the online version.

Sadly, the enthusiastic introduction to the booklet was the last to be written by our much loved Chief Executive, Joseph Cullen, before he suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. The library team are mourning his loss, while honouring his unswerving commitment to delivering an innovative and responsive library service to you, our local community. We hope you will find something to enjoy among the talks, classes, workshops and activities.

June also marks the launch of Warm Winter Read, a state-wide reading program running at all Victorian public libraries. Winter is a great time to curl up with a book and Warm Winter Read provides a platform for you to keep track of your reading, share reviews and recommendations, and try some new reading adventures. Register now - you might even win a prize! Look out for book recommendations from our staff on the socials and feel free to add your own.

Happy reading!
