Roster Support and Administration Officer
Located at: Your Library Administration Classification: Band 4 A – D - Part time – 16.50 hours per week
- $72,946 – $79,251 + Superannuation (pro rata)
- 11.5% Superannuation
Your Library Limited, is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and a cooperative venture of three outer eastern metropolitan councils – Knox, Maroondah, and Yarra Ranges – serving approximately 435,000 residents on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation.
About the role:
If you are a guru in rostering and administration Your Library wants you! As a Roster Support Officer, you are part of the team at the heart of our operations. Planning, scheduling and coordinating shifts across our region, working in close collaboration with the Your Library Team to ensure the smooth daily operations of our library spaces across 15 locations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our team are well resourced and you will be responsible for various administrative tasks.

- Strong time-management and organisational skills,
- High attention to detail,
- The ability to stay calm, focused and effective under pressure,
- Proven administration skills and experience in an office environment,
- Experience rostering day to day operations of a public library or a similar multi-location customer service business,
- Experience in Human Force preferred,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
